Quality chocolate in a simple package 

As a school project, we were asked to redesign the logo for Odense Chokoladehus. We were asked to determine the audience and take them into account. For me, the audience is a mature group of people, who seeks out more from chocolate than what you'd normally buy at a grocery store. Someone who was willing to pay a little extra for greater quality and handiwork.

Thus I focused on creating a simple logo that had a hint of homemade exclusivity. Leaning towards a more minimalistic logo in two fine circles, but mixing it with two different fonts whereas one of them is handwritten.

Adaptable colours

When designing the logo it was important for me that the golden and chocolate-y brown colours had adaptability on what background it came on - thus it had to work on both light and dark neutrals. It also works well on brighter backgrounds that could be used as a seasonal packaging. ​​​
